Cylinder blast: A boy who was playing in front of a shop was tragically killed
A 13-year-old boy named Mahesh was killed when a cylinder exploded in a shop in Guddadahalli, Hebbal, Bangalore.
Mahesh, the second son of Mallappa and Saraspati, who hailed from Ramasamudra in Yadgiri, was studying in the sixth standard in a government school in Cholanayanakahalli.
The couple of the deceased were working as laborers for many years. In a cylinder shop belonging to Devaraj, Liaquat exploded due to a gas leak while refilling the cylinder.
Mahesh, who was playing near the shop, was injured by the blast. The boy's body was torn apart by the blast. Even though the parents took him to a private hospital with the help of the locals, he died but the treatment failed. In front of the dead body, the parents are crying.
Riakat escaped after this incident and a case was registered against him in Hebbal police station.
